Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and activity performed through your account. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. Payments, Tsare-tsare, and credits

Third-party services
Some workflows use payment processors, AI providers, communications services, lookup providers, analytics, advertising, or other third parties. Their services and Sharuɗɗa may apply when you use those workflows. Swarme is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Intellectual property
Swarme and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and interface. These Sharuɗɗa do not transfer ownership of Swarme technology or third-party materials. Feedback may be used zuwa improve the service without obligation zuwa you.
Service availability and warranties
Swarme is provided on an as-available basis. zuwa the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when operational, Tsaro, legal, or provider conditions require it.
Liability
