Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and activity performed through your account. Tools and processing

Acceptable use
You may not use Swarme إلى violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; evade access, rate, payment, or أمان controls; probe systems without authorization; process بيانات you are not authorized إلى use; إنشاء abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material; or interfere with service availability. Automated use must follow published API, MCP, scope, quote, and rate-limit requirements.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Swarme the limited permission needed إلى receive, process, transmit إلى disclosed providers, and return that content solely إلى operate the requested service, maintain أمان, and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required إلى submit the content.
Payments, الباقات, and credits
Prices, billing intervals, included access, usage limits, and credit rules are displayed before purchase. Recurring الباقات continue until cancelled where recurring billing is enabled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. One-time purchases and consumed usage are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service failure qualifies under an expressly stated refund policy. Taxes and payment-provider الشروط may apply.
Third-party services
Some workflows use payment processors, AI providers, communications services, lookup providers, analytics, advertising, or other third parties. Their services and الشروط may apply when you use those workflows. Swarme is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Intellectual property
Swarme and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and interface. These الشروط do not transfer ownership of Swarme technology or third-party materials. Feedback may be used إلى improve the service without obligation إلى you.
Service availability and warranties
Swarme is provided on an as-available basis. إلى the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability
