Swarme respects intellectual-property rights and responds to sufficiently detailed copyright notices. This policy explains how to report material hosted or controlled by Swarme. It does not apply to content hosted solely by an independent third party.
Copyright notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material claimed to infringe and its exact Swarme URL or location, provide the reporting party's name and contact information, and include statements that the party has a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury. The notice must include the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
How to submit a notice
Send the complete notice to the support email shown on the Contact page with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Incomplete notices may delay review. Swarme may forward the notice and relevant contact information to the affected user or service provider.
Counter-notice
If material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a counter-notice identifying the material and its former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal was mistaken, providing contact information, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable copyright law, agreeing to accept service from the original claimant, and including a physical or electronic signature.
Review and repeat infringement
Swarme may remove or restrict material while a claim is reviewed and may restore it when legally appropriate. Accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement may be restricted or terminated. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.
Other intellectual-property concerns
Trademark, privacy, impersonation, and other rights concerns should be submitted through the Contact page with the affected URL, the right asserted, and supporting information.
