Are my files safe?
Processing depends on the tool. Browser-local tools keep submitted files on your device. Server, API, and MCP workflows send submitted data to Swarme. Some tools also use an external provider identified in the tool disclosure. Private capability uploads normally expire within 7 days and generated artifacts within 30 days unless a shorter period or legal requirement applies. Review the disclosure on the specific tool before submitting sensitive content.
Do I need an account to use the free tools?
Many free tools can be used without an account. An account is required for premium access, billing history, saved work, developer credentials, Vault features, and workflows that need authenticated limits or storage.
What does Premium unlock?
Premium provides access to the premium catalog, expanded usage limits, removal of configured tool-page advertising, Smart Agent access where enabled, and the AI credit allowance stated for the selected plan. Exact inclusions are shown on the Pricing page before purchase.
How do AI Special credits work?
AI usage is measured separately for text, images, video, and audio. Plan credits follow the reset period shown for the plan and generally do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits remain available until used. A workflow displays its access requirement before execution.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Recurring plans can be cancelled from the billing dashboard when recurring billing is enabled. Access continues through the end of the paid period. One-time and lifetime purchases do not renew. Refund rights depend on applicable law and any stated refund policy.
