Browser and server processing

Tools explicitly marked browser-local process input in your browser and do not send that input to Swarme. Server tools, including REST API and MCP runs, send the values or files you submit to Swarme for processing. A browser-local claim never applies to an API or MCP request.

Providers and sharing

We share only the data needed to perform the service you request. Phone Number Lookup sends the number to NumValidate and FreeCNAM, and may use Twilio only when that integration is enabled. AI tools identify their external provider in the tool contract. Payment details are processed by the payment processor selected at checkout; Swarme retains transaction references and append-only accounting records, not full payment-card numbers.

Affiliate and outbound links

Swarme may route generated merchant links through platform shortlinks for reliability, click accounting, affiliate attribution, and abuse prevention. Public reports show shortlinks and destination hosts, not full monetized redirect URLs. Affiliate participation does not change the price you pay to the merchant.

Storage and retention

Capability uploads are stored privately for no more than 7 days. Generated artifacts are retained for no more than 30 days. Phone lookup keys are HMAC-protected and cached provider responses are encrypted at rest. Shorter deletion may occur after completion. Security, consent, support, billing, and accounting records may remain where needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial integrity.

Your rights and choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and accounting exceptions. You can choose a browser-local tool when available or avoid submitting sensitive data. Use the contact page for privacy requests, questions, or complaints.
