These Terms govern access to Swarme websites, accounts, tools, APIs, MCP services, paid plans, and related services. By using Swarme, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Swarme for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan, usage, or security controls. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or applicable law.
Tools and processing
Tool behavior, supported formats, limits, processing location, provider use, pricing, and retention may differ by workflow. Review the disclosure shown for a tool before submitting data. You are responsible for confirming that an output is appropriate for your intended use. Swarme does not guarantee that generated, converted, extracted, summarized, or AI-produced output is complete, error-free, or suitable for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use Swarme to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; evade access, rate, payment, or security controls; probe systems without authorization; process data you are not authorized to use; create abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material; or interfere with service availability. Automated use must follow published API, MCP, scope, quote, and rate-limit requirements.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Swarme the limited permission needed to receive, process, transmit to disclosed providers, and return that content solely to operate the requested service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content.
Payments, plans, and credits
Prices, billing intervals, included access, usage limits, and credit rules are displayed before purchase. Recurring plans continue until cancelled where recurring billing is enabled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. One-time purchases and consumed usage are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified service failure qualifies under an expressly stated refund policy. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply.
Third-party services
Some workflows use payment processors, AI providers, communications services, lookup providers, analytics, advertising, or other third parties. Their services and terms may apply when you use those workflows. Swarme is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Intellectual property
Swarme and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and interface. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Swarme technology or third-party materials. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
Service availability and warranties
Swarme is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when operational, security, legal, or provider conditions require it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Swarme will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid Swarme for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these provisions may not apply in full.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through the Contact page.
